Pack credits never expire. Plan credits are valid for the month they were issued in and do not roll over. Yearly plans are billed once a year and add the plan’s credits every month; monthly plans renew every month. Cancel either from Billing. Clip counts assume 5-second clips in Standard; HD uses twice the credits.

Pricing Questions
How are clones priced?
By the second. A clone costs 1 credit per second of your video in Standard (720p) and 2 credits per second in HD (1080p). The length is your clip’s length rounded up to the next whole second, so an 8.4-second clip is 9 credits in Standard or 18 in HD.
Yearly plan, monthly plan or credit pack?
Credit packs are paid once and their credits never expire: the Try pack suits a first test, and the Creator and Studio packs cost less per credit. Starter and Pro add credits every month for regular posting. Billed yearly, they cost half of twelve monthly payments for the same credits, and Pro yearly has the lowest price per clip.
Which plans include the CloneCut Agent?
Pro monthly and both yearly plans. Everyone can try the agent with a few free messages a day; generating a video from the agent needs one of those plans. The studio on the homepage works with credits from any plan or pack.
How do yearly plans add credits?
You pay once a year and get the plan’s credits at the start of each month, 12 times. Like monthly credits, each month’s credits are valid until the next month starts.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits are valid for the billing month they were issued in and do not roll over.
How do I cancel a plan?
Cancel anytime from Billing in your account. Renewal stops and you keep the credits of the paid period: the current month on a monthly plan, and the remaining months on a yearly plan. Switching between plans, monthly or yearly, happens on the same page.
Is there a free trial?
No. There are no free credits; every clone is paid for with credits from a credit pack or a plan. The CloneCut Agent has a few free messages a day to try it.
What happens if a clone fails?
When a render is confirmed as failed, its credits return automatically to the balance they came from.
What if a finished clone looks wrong?
If a finished clone clearly did not work, for example the original face is still there or the clip is broken, report it from My videos within 7 days. We review every report and return the credits; for a clone paid with the one-time pack we can refund what you paid for it to your card instead. We email you the outcome.
